pictures
I’ve been trying to get back in the habit of taking loads of pictures again. Here’s a couple from the bus stop the other morning, and the beginnings of a study on the tree outside my window. Yes, I continue to be a lazy snapper.
The first tree picture is nicely textured by rain and misting on the window, the second tree picture has lots of rain streaming down, but i'm not sure if you'll get the detail at this size. Sorry.

Not so sure about the trees (sorry) but I really like the picture of the big red metal thingy, like it a lot.
yes, the trees are more like the beginnings of a 'study', one of those progress over the months type of things. i've not been entirely satisfied with the pictures yet, but i think they'll gain power as a set. they have also lost a bit of the richness of detail and colour in a small format, i really liked the last one but it doesn't look so good on here.
similarly the red thing (portacabins on the building site opposite my bus stop) lost some of the reflected sunrise detail when smallerized, but it's a much more arresting image to start with.
honesty appreciated!
