web design, pt1

some of my current web design is now live at http://www.nottingham.ac.uk/~ppzqt/.

it's not the main site i've been putting together, but it uses the same design along with some old content. i'm pleased with it, but no doubt there's umpteen mistakes lurking in there somewhere.
